Main responsibilities:
- development and implementation of general , team and individual development plans;
- observance and broadcasting of values, development of the company's corporate culture;
- work with the HR brand, participation in profile events and publications; development and organization of internal events, team building;
- implementation of material and immaterial motivation system policies;
- development and prescription of internal HR policies;
- control over the management of personnel records;
- budgeting of internal HR costs;
- search and interaction with external contractors to implement their functionality;
- recruiting and onboarding of colleagues .
Main requirements:
- Relevant experience of working with all internal HR procedures and functionality from 2 years.
- Experience in recruiting and closing positions of various levels of complexity.
- High level of communication skills and the ability to negotiate with any employee, colleague or manager for the effective performance of tasks.
p>- Adherence and involvement of all company employees to the policy of open partnership.
- Desirable experience of working with Gsuite, basic analytics, statistics, CRM systems.
- English - spoken and written level , which is sufficient to correctly assess the level of candidates.
Working conditions:
Salary: rate + bonus according to the completed KRI.
Work mode is remote or in a co-working space in Kyiv or Krakow. The company provides all the necessary equipment for work.
Work schedule from 10-18 or 09-17.
Full medical insurance in Ukraine or Poland.
