HR/Recruiter in AI DATAVERSE

We're dedicated to creating innovative solutions and are looking for a talented HR/Recruiter Specialist to join our team.Job Description:As our HR/Recruiter Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our team and culture. Your focus will be primarily on recruiting and HR duties.Responsibilities:- Lead the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top tech talents.- Manage administrative tasks including contracts, HRMS, ATS.- Manage employee lifecycle with an initial focus on pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation period.- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.- Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate technical interviews.Implement and manage onboarding procedures for new hires.
