Job Description

As an HR/Recruiter at  Osavul , a fast-growing startup focused on countering disinformation and manipulation online, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring C-level tech and business professionals who will shape the future of our company. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the offer and onboarding process. The geography of potential hires includes Ukraine, US, UK, and the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for C-level tech and business positions across Ukraine, US, UK, and the EU.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders in these regions.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of criteria.
• Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR/Recruiter, with experience hiring C-level tech and business professionals.
• Experience in international recruitment, specifically in Ukraine, US, UK, and the EU.
• Strong interviewing skills
• Proficient in using HR software and social media for recruiting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
