HR/recruiter in LightForce

Who are we?

LightForce is a Ukrainian company engaged in the production and sale of FPV drones, electronics and related solutions for the military and civilian spheres. We are growing quickly, so we are looking for a HR manager who will help us systematically build work with the team and establish order in HR processes.

Your main tasks:

• Managing personnel records (employment contracts, orders, personnel files, reports, sick leave, leave).

• Formation and updating of the employee base.

• Control of compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.

• Participation in personnel selection: search, interviews.

• Management of processes: onboarding, evaluation of the trial period, assistance in the formation of corporate culture.

• Supporting communication between management and employees.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of a recruiter/personnel worker from 1 year.

• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.

• Understanding selection processes personnel.

• Ability to manage documents (personnel documents, contracts).

• Confident PC user (Google Workspace).

• Responsibility, structure, communication.
