HR / Recruiter in Kraynik T.M., FOP

A network of modern private medical centers that successfully operates in various countries of the world, including Ukraine, Poland and Slovakia, is looking for an HR/Recruiter to work in offices in Bratislava (Slovakia). Lodz and Wrocław (Poland).

Requirements:

- work experience office - a manager, administrator or assistant manager.

- Minimum experience in HR and desire to develop in this direction.

– Knowledge of local labor laws will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of Polish or Slovak and Ukrainian languages.

- Confident use of Google tools and ability to create reports on demand.

Duties:

- Recruitment of personnel (medical and office personnel).< /span>

- Preparation and verification of contracts, collection of documents necessary for employment.

- Staff adaptation, familiarization with clinic rules and building long-term working relationships.< /font>

- Planning of doctors' work and coordination of changes.

- dismissals (negotiations, documentation).< /span>
