HR Processes Consultant in Wargaming Group Limited

Wargaming is looking to hire an experienced HR Processes Analyst to join the HR Technology team, responsible for the HR systems portfolio and HR Processes automation.

Reports to

Head of HR Technology

What will you do?

• Thoroughly study business needs of HR teams, evaluate these and support the creation of strong automated solutions to achieve the desired business outcome.
• Analyze business requirements and define them to further submit them to technology team.
• Manage stakeholders throughout the whole lifecycle of the solution.
• Develop, implement and maintain Global HR Policies and Processes.
• Improve Global HR systems and HR processes by studying current practices; identifying potential optimization options, gaining agreement and designing modifications for the implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal clients and other functional teams to support overall HR tech program delivery

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of practical experience as Process Analyst, Process Designer, or Process Manager in a global organization
• Deep knowledge of HR processes
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills and the curiosity to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with process modelling notations and tools

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience (or strong practical understanding) in working with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira)

Work mode

• Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office), not eligible for relocation support
