We are the company "DLM", the leader of the furniture market of Ukraine, we are looking for an experienced HR manager of the search and selection of personnel, a recruiter Duties: Ensuring the needs of the company for qualified personnel; Conducting the search, selection and evaluation of potential candidates; Organization and conduct of interviews, compilation and analysis of results; Development strategies for attracting and retaining personnel; Development and implementation of training and development programs; Maintaining and updating the candidate database; Keeping documentation related to personnel recruitment and administration. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Higher education, specialization in the field of HR will be an advantage; Confident knowledge of methods and tools search and selection of personnel; Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates; High communication skills and negotiation skills; Confident PC user, knowledge of programs for working with databases will be an advantage.
