Responsibilities: performance system management; implementation of performance evaluation systems, including goal setting, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms. implementation of a reward mechanism based on performance evaluation results. conducting regular performance appraisals and reviews to determine whether individual and team performance is meeting goals. working with line managers to identify underperforming employees and developing performance improvement plans to address skill gaps and improve productivity. working with employees to develop their skills and abilities by identifying learning needs and facilitating appropriate learning opportunities. collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance-related data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for recognition and rewards. promoting open and constructive communication between employees and their supervisors, providing feedback on work performance and providing recommendations to managers on effective discussion of work results. preparing regular reports for the head of the HR department on key performance indicators and results, as well as providing recommendations for their improvement .Requirements: 3+ years of relevant professional experience (required); experience with accounting software 1C is an advantage; fluent in Ukrainian; English language level B2 + attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize work, strong leadership and communication skills, good analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
