Responsibilities: management of the efficiency system; implementation of performance evaluation systems, including goal setting, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms. implementation of a reward mechanism based on performance evaluation results. conducting regular performance appraisals and reviews to determine whether individual and team performance is meeting goals. working with line managers to identify underperforming employees and developing performance improvement plans to address skill gaps and improve productivity. working with employees to develop their skills and abilities by identifying learning needs and facilitating appropriate learning opportunities. collecting, analyzing and interpreting performance-related data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for recognition and reward. promoting open and constructive communication between employees and their managers, providing performance feedback and providing recommendations to managers on effective discussion of work results. preparation of regular reports for the head of the HR department on key performance indicators and results, as well as providing recommendations for their improvement. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant professional experience (required) experience with accounting software 1C is an advantage; Fluent in the Ukrainian language; English level B2 + attention to detail, the ability to organize and prioritize work, strong leadership and communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
