TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery.

In the role of People Partner at TENTENS Tech, you will work with hyper performers.
A little more about the HR team: This is a team that is convinced that the teams in 5 years are already the result of our actions starting today, starting with working on team capacity, effective processes, and of course, developing a high-performing culture. Currently, there are 6 HR specialists in the team, and there are plans to expand further.

What challenges await you:
— Implementation, improvement and optimization of HR processes: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Feedback ecosystem;
— Implementation HR studies, surveys, analysis of results and improvement of processes based on them;
—Training of people managers, consultation on HR policies, procedures and processes;
—Update of policies, creation of relevant work rules in remote teams, based on business needs and HR trends;
—Improvement of communications in team and interteam interaction.

What is important to us:
— 2.5+ years of experience in the domain of People Partnership;
— You have experience working with large teams (70+) and you know how to work with people in offline and online formats (build team communications, monitor team moods, select motivational tools);
— You have effective communication skills (you can negotiate, argue your point of view, find win-win solutions, work with feedback, as a tool, to manage communications at the team/work group level);
- At work, you focus on the result (set priorities, monitor the status of your goals, find resources to achieve goals, ask yourself the question "what problem are we solving?", stick to wheredlines);
- You act proactively and proactively (you take responsibility for yourself, offer new ideas, experiment in order to complete work faster and/or improve the quality of the final result).
