We are about development, about learning a new professional information, about masters of their business, about care and concern for their employees and about powerful 1−2−1. Therefore, we are looking for a person who will suit our values and will strengthen our team many times over! What is important to us? You have 2-3 years of experience in HR, at least 1 year in IT as a People Partner or HRG. You understand P&O processes: Onboarding , Offboarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc. You have experience in supporting teams of 50+. English was very cool if you were fluent :) You have analytical skills and know how to solve difficult problems. You have excellent communication, organization and team management skills. It's cool if you have experience in the iGaming field, but it's not really important :)Experience in building and implementing HR processes and developing HR tools Psychological education is desirable :) Your duties will include:Participate in the full cycle of talent management processes: ( regular reviews, work on retention, conducting 1-on-1 and exit-interviews, providing analytics).Initiate and implement new HR approaches and projects.Identify HR practices that add value and offer effective business-oriented solutions .Implement them and regularly monitor the satisfaction and involvement of employees. one on one meetings, Performance reviews, Offboarding, Exit interviews). Effective communication with TL and Head, and reporting across teams. Create and run questionnaires for employees. Support P&O projects, ensure their automation. What do we offer?
