Your tasks and responsibilities:
Support the full life cycle of the employee: onboarding, 1-on-1, exit interviews;
- Maintaining and updating the employee database in PeopleForce;
- Explaining the company's HR policies and procedures for new and existing employees;
- Support managers and teams in solving current HR issues;
- Update and development of HR policies, participation in the implementation of HR-initiatives;
- Organization and holding of offline and online events;
- Greeting the team with important events: end of probation, birthdays, etc.

What we want to see in you:
HR People Partner / HR Generalist experience from 1 year;
- Experience with media buying / performance / affiliate / digital teams will be an advantage; font-weight: 400">- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust;
- Proactivity and responsibility for the result.
