We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive HR People Partner / Business Partner who will work closely with multiple teams. You will be a partner for several business teams in providing and sharing expertise in People Management issues, managing the full life cycle of employees, solving their queries, improving HR processes, implementing working HR tools and implementing initiatives that will strengthen the teams.

Your area of responsibility in this role:
Partner interaction and support of CEO projects in People Management issues.
Managing the full life cycle of employees (from onboarding to offboarding).
Holding regular 1-1 meetings with employees.
Work with attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
Monitoring of the social climate in teams and recommendations for its improvement.
Qualitative changes in HR processes and implementation of HR initiatives for business needs.
Closing HR requests from CEO projects (training projects, work with analytics, manager development, etc.).
Support of the company's corporate culture and values.
What is important to us:
4+ years of experience in HR- field, in particular, from 2 years in IT companies in the positions of HR manager, HR PP, HR BP, HR Generalist.
Experience in managing the full life cycle of an employee in IT companies (the number of people for whom I was responsible as HR - at least 50 people).
Business orientation, Data-driven approach to work, experience in using analytics in decision-making.
Independence, high level of self-organization, time management and constructive initiative.
The ability to communicate well with colleaguesworkers at different levels of positions.
Ability to find a common language and build long-term relationships with employees and teams.
English — Strong Intermediate or higher.
