The main task of the People partner in our team is to create and maintain a healthy atmosphere in the team. Duties: Conducting regular 1:1 with employees of established teams; Conducting Onboarding and Offboarding events with employees; Actively participate in the process of adaptation of new employees, helps them become part of the team, establish contact. Help in developing individual development plans, job profiles; Support for Performance and Salary review processes; Conducting surveys, focus groups, HR studies with further analysis and providing recommendations; Help in solving individual requests from employees and teams, leaders and managers. Monitoring and management of employee motivation; Participation in the prevention and resolution of problems and conflicts; Participation in the formation of the company's corporate culture; .Requirements: Prioritization and time management skills; Developed communication skills, listening skills; Conflict resolution and negotiation skills; Professional motivation and passion for one's work; Experience with people, individually and in teams; Very welcome: coaching experience (certification not relevant), experience in the role of facilitator, training and development of staff; Education in psychology, CBT is welcome; Facilitation, coaching courses will be a great advantage; Positive mood, high energy level, sense of humor.
