Main tasks:
- Full cycle of work with authorized departments (onboarding, assistance in solving administrative issues, consulting on internal policies , development and retention of employees, etc.);
- Close interaction with the C level of the company, department managers on issues of consulting in team management;
- Implementation, analysis, optimization and improvement of HR processes: onboarding, performance review, performance management, talent development, exit process, etc.;
- Providing support and promoting the effective work of the HR people partners team;
- Conducting an audit of existing HR processes and procedures;
- Participation in other HR projects of the company;
It is important for us:
- Experience in HR People Partner, HR Business Partner positions from 2 years;
- Work experience in a company with a staff of +500 employees (IT will be an advantage);
- Experience of independent development and implementation of HR processes: formation of the company structure, formation of the hiring plan, etc.;
- High level of communication skills, ability to build business communication with top management and C-level of the company.
