We are currently looking for a HR People Partner, who will report directly to the CEO.
Our HR People Partner will create comfortable conditions for employees so that everyone can focus on their work to achieve joint results.

What will you do?

• Interact with and support project management;
• Manage the full life cycle of employees (from onboarding to offboarding);
• Conduct regular 1-1 meetings with employees;
• Conduct a performance review of employees;
• Work with the attraction, motivation and retention of employees;
• Conduct regular eNPS and track key HR metrics;
• Support the company's corporate culture and values.

What do we expect from you?

• 2 + years of experience in the position of HR People Partner, HR Specialist in IT companies ;
• Experience in managing the full life cycle of an employee;
• Ability to qualitatively conduct 1-1 meetings and communicate with employees at different levels of positions;
• Experience of conducting regular eNPS,
• Ability to determineBUS factor and track key HR metrics;
• Independence, high level of self-organization and proactivity.
