We are expanding our dream team and are looking for an HR People Partner.
Responsibilities:< /strong>
- Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events;
- Work with the HRM system : enter and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date;
- Build and maintain trusting and partnership relations with every employee of the company;
- Participate in HR initiatives and implement them;
- Evaluate ideas/projects from the perspective of HR opportunities and risks;
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of HR from the 1st year;
- Experience in the field of IT will be a plus;
- Experience in organizing off/online events a team-building character will be a plus
- Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes;
- Developed empathy;
- Planning and organization at a high level;
- Communication , curiosity and proactivity;
- Organization, independence;
- Orientation on quality and results.
