Responsibilities:< /strong>

  • Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events;
  • Work with the HRM system : enter and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date;
  • Build and maintain trusting and partnership relations with every employee of the company;
  • Participate in HR initiatives and implement them;
  • Evaluate ideas/projects from the perspective of HR opportunities and risks;

Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of HR from the 1st year;
  • Experience in the field of IT will be a plus;
  • Experience in organizing off/online events a team-building character will be a plus
  • Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes;
  • Developed empathy;
  • Planning and organization at a high level;
  • Communication , curiosity and proactivity;
  • Organization, independence;
