We are expanding our global presence and looking for talented People Partner!

 

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Manager.
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and various motivational techniques.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM/HRM systems, leveraging technology for HR processes.
  • Previous experience in the IT/iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Ability to resolve complex conflict situations professionally.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • High level of empathy and ability to connect with people.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to make decisions.
  • Strong critical thinking and a data-driven approach.

 

Your main tasks involve:

  • Provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, 1-to-1 meetings, and off-boarding.
  • Participate in interviews, assessing candidates' soft skills and alignment with corporate values.
  • Enhance team communication across various locations to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals.
  • Work closely with C-level executives and department managers on team management and HR consultations.
  • Utilize and optimize HRM systems to manage and streamline HR processes effectively.
  • Assist in employee development by identifying training needs and creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
  • Organize and conduct team-building and corporate events to foster a positive work environment.
