Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach business leaders.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and implement programs related to talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and advise management on legal requirements related to HR matters.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
