Responsibilities:— Ensuring strategic partnership with management and business - by the company's divisions in matters of personnel management.— Participation in the development and implementation of personnel development programs aimed at increasing the efficiency and satisfaction of employees.— Resolving conflicts and issues in the field of workplace relations.— Carrying out analysis and evaluation of personnel work to improve personnel management processes .— Support for the implementation and compliance with corporate standards and procedures. Requirements:— Experience in the position of HR People Partner from 2 years.— Experience in the field of traffic arbitration will be a big plus.— Ability to work with key figures in the company and resolve conflict situations.— High level of communication and the ability to build partnerships.
