• Work experience : experience in the field of HR, with an advantage in similar positions;
• Knowledge and skills : talent management, knowledge/understanding of HR processes, knowledge/understanding of the employee life cycle, experience in conducting 1-1 meetings;
• Communications and leadership : High communication skills, the ability to manage change processes and the ability to work in a team;
• Leadership qualities : Ability to accept responsibility and work in a fast-paced environment.

What will have to be done:

• Supporting employees at all stages of the life cycle in the company;
• 1:1 meetings with employees;
• Work on corporate culture;
• Participate in HR projects of the department.
