Responsibility:
- Work with the HRM system: enter and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date;
- Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events;
- Build and maintain trust and partnership relations with by every employee of the company;
- Act as a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests;
- Participate in HR initiatives and implement them;
- Evaluate ideas/projects from the point of view of HR opportunities and risks;
- Organize various events.
Requirements:
< p>- Experience in the field of HR from 2 years;- Experience in the field of IT will be a plus;
- Successful experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development, C&B);
- Experience in organizing off/online educational and entertainment events;
- Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes;
- Developed empathy;
- Planning and organization at a high level;
- Orientation to needs;
- Sociability, curiosity and proactivity;
- Organization, independence;
- Orientation on quality and results.
