What we expect from the candidate: work experience in HR from 3 years; the ability to conduct 1:1; knowledge of the principles of providing quality feedback; experience in the formation of corporate culture and its development in the company; knowledge of non-material motivation tools; the ability to work in coalitions with both management and people, organization, responsibility, high communication skills, proactive position, empathy, flexibility, attentiveness to people.
