In our offices and sales structures, we create jobs for more than 22 thousand people.Currently we are looking for:HR People PartnerJob place: LvivKey Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and support onboarding and retention programs for office employees.Prepare HR reporting and data analysis.Provide guidance and support to employees in HR processes.Actively participate in HR department projects.Collaborate with managers on employee motivation, retention, and communication improvement.Monitor and engage in employee motivation management.Develop corporate culture: assist in planning and organizing events to promote corporate valuesThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, an understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that contribute to the company’s success.REQUIRED PROFILE:University degree3+ years of experience on a similar positionUnderstanding of fashion retail will be a plusEnglish language level B2 is a mustProficiency in Microsoft Office software packages (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skills and experience in change managementProactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situationsAbility for business trips Don’t hesitate!
