— Ensuring strategic partnership with the management and business units of the company in matters of personnel management.

—Participation in the development and implementation of personnel development programs aimed at increasing efficiency and employee satisfaction.

- Resolving conflicts and issues in the field of relationships in the workplace.

—Performing analysis and evaluating personnel performance to improve personnel management processes.

—Support implementation and compliance with corporate standards and procedures.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in the position of HR People Partner .

- Experience in the field of traffic arbitration will be a big plus.

- Ability to work with key figures in the company and resolve conflict situations.

- High level of communication and the ability to build partnerships.
