— Ensuring strategic partnership with the management and business units of the company in matters of personnel management.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the position of HR People Partner .
- Experience in the field of traffic arbitration will be a big plus.
- Ability to work with key figures in the company and resolve conflict situations.
- High level of communication and the ability to build partnerships.
