What you’ll be doing:

• Establish processes for interacting with the central office.
• Implement and develop individual onboarding programs, offboarding processes, 1-1 meetings, etc.
• Provide operational support for personnel management processes throughout subordinate units.
• Serve as an advisor to managers on HR matters, guiding them on processes and policies.
• Support and monitor employee satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with managers and the HR department to improve people management processes within the company.
• Strengthen and support the company’s internal employer brand through everyday communication.

Skills Required:

• You should have at least one year of experience as an HR.
• You should have experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional teamwork, understanding critical goals and conflicts of interest.
• You should be aware of current trends in the IT industry and HR practices and be able to offer relevant HR solutions.
• Develop negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Learn quickly and adapt rapidly to changing circumstances.
• Have the ability to multitask and process large amounts of data.
• Fluency in Ukrainian is a must.
• English level: C1.
