Responsibilities:
— Ensuring strategic partnership with the management and business units of the company in matters of personnel management.
— Participation in the development and implementation of personnel development programs aimed at increasing the efficiency and satisfaction of employees.
- Resolving conflicts and issues in the field of workplace relations.
- Conducting analysis and evaluation of personnel work to improve personnel management processes.
— Support for the implementation and compliance with corporate standards and procedures.

Requirements:
— Work experience in the position of HR People Partner from 2 years.
—Experience in the field of traffic arbitration will be a big plus.
—Ability to work with key figures in the company and resolve conflict situations.
—High level of communication and the ability to build partnerships.
