➡ We also help working Ukrainian IT businesses to enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA. We assess risks, help find a local team and adjust processes.

In connection with the scaling of the team of one of the partner companies, we are looking for a HR People Partner .

Future tasks:

— Employee lifecycle management: onboarding, termination, internal transfers, hr check-ins.
—Probation/performance review.
- Administration of hr processes in the hr system (People Force).
- Participation in regular practices related to hr (1:1, surveys, feedback, etc.). Active involvement in HR initiatives (eNPS, Survey, L&D programs, corporate events).
—Interacting with employees to understand their needs, questions, and desires, and to provide appropriate support within the scope of the position.
—Cross-functional cooperation with other departments.

What is important for us:

- 3 years of HR experience in the role of People Partner/ HR Generalist/ HR Manager.
—Experience with the full life cycle of an employee (Onboarding, Development, Retention, Termination).
—Responsibility and involvement;
—Critical and analytical thinking, systematic, high level of emotional intelligence, balance of independent and team work.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems and find effective ways to solve them.
- Ability to build partnerships with employees.
