We are currently looking for a HR manager who will work with young talents: students universities, interns and future specialists.

What will you do:

Work with students and education

Interaction with universities and by educational partners;

Organization of internships, practices and programs for students;

Participation in educational events, lectures, meetings with students;

Support of students from the first contact to adaptation in the company.

HR processes and involvement

Onboarding and adaptation of young professionals;

Conducting HR surveys (involvement, reverse communication, eNPS);

Communication with employees, one-to-one, support during the adaptation period.

HR-brand

Participation in the development of the employer brand Activitis;

Ideas and initiatives to attract young talents;

Communication with the student audience (events, presence, image).
