We are looking for a People Partner who will take on a key role in ensuring a high level of engagement and team stability in our miltech company. In an environment where critical technologies for the country are created, the psychological climate and loyalty of each specialist is a strategic resource. Your goal is to build transparent and trusting relationships between the team and the business, which directly affects the productivity and sustainability of the company.
This is a role for an empathetic and systematic professional who understands that the legal and physical security of employees (including booking and protection) must be combined with quality support at all stages life cycle in the company. You will become a mediator, sentiment analyst and ambassador of our corporate culture.
Your key tasks:
- Adaptation management: full support Onboarding processes, Welcome-day and control of the trial period (advisory and psychological support); Retention management: holding regular 1:1 meetings, identifying risk areas and developing strategies to retain key specialists; Analytics and monitoring: system collection feedback, satisfaction surveys (eNPS) and in-depth analysis of the reasons for staff turnover;
- Development of corporate culture: initiation and implementation of projects that strengthen team unity and commitment to the company's mission;
- HR administration: management of reports and databases data on adaptation, meeting statistics and Offboarding processes;
- Internal communications: support of a single company information field and content formation for corporate channels.
Competencies and expectations from the candidate:
- Experience: the presence of successful cases in the position of People Partner or HR Generalist in structured companies.
- Professional skills: confident mastery of 1:1 methodology, conducting in-depth interviews and work with HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, adaptation terms).
- EQ and mediation: high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to constructively resolve conflict situations.
- Analytical thinking: ability to transform subjective employee feedback into concrete data and suggestions for business improvement.
- Tech stack: working confidently with Google Workspace and task managers.
