HR People Partner in Genesis

Hello!

We are looking for a HR People Partner to join the Administrative and People Ops Head Office Genesis team.

You will help employees adapt, develop and achieve results together with the company.

Among the tasks:

• Management of pre-onboarding and onboarding.
• Performance Review launch and support.
• Regular 1:1 meetings with employees.
• Organization of the exit process and exit interviews.
• Coordinating training, team building and compensation training programs.
• Updating and automating HR processes in Zoho People.
• Informing teams about important updates.
• Development programs and grades.
• Analysis of eNPS and other improvements.
• Collaboration with the team's needs.

1-1.5 years of experience in a similar position style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">

Deep understanding of full-cycle HR processes.

Soft skills: inherit; font-weight: 300">Attention to detail andaccuracy.
