We are looking for an
HR People Partner who, in cooperation with the HR Business Partner, will support university teams, develop HR processes and culture, work with leaders and professionals to strengthen collaboration, efficiency and growth.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Support of the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes of new employees — from the signing of the offer to the end of the adaptation period.
- Preparation and transfer of a complete package of information for the correct registration of the employee and the organization of going to work (in cooperation with recruiting, personnel accounting, IT and other functions).
- Conducting regular individual meetings (1-on-1) with employees.
- Consulting employees on HR issues and providing operational support in resolving requests.
- Formation of positive experience of employees at all stages of interaction with the company.
- Support of the off-boarding process — coordination of all stages of termination of cooperation.
- Preparation of data and information for internal HR reporting.
- Participation in internal HR projects and initiatives of the division.
What is important for this role:
- From 2 years of experience in HR in a dynamic environment (People Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist).
- Practical understanding of basic HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, 1-on-1, employee support, HR analytics.
- Experience with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation (preferred).
- Fluent Ukrainian, literacy.
- English is at the B2 level and above.
- Attention and structure — accuracy in working with data, composure.
- Cleverness and flexibility — the ability to quickly adapt and find solutions.
- Serviceability and diplomacy — benevolence, focus on support, the ability to maintain a balance of interests.
- Openness and trust — the ability to build constructive interaction with colleagues and teams.
