What you will do:
- Be a reliable partner for our employees — from the first day to the last.
- Cooperate with department heads, helping to build strong, cohesive teams.
- Administer and improve key HR processes: preboarding, onboarding, end of probation, 1:1 meetings, performance review, compensation review, retention and offboarding.
- Monitor the level of team engagement and look for ways to improve it.
- Support training and development initiatives - we believe in growth!
- Help resolve HR inquiries related to internal processes and changes.
- Analyze and optimize HR policies - we are open to new ideas!
What is important to us:
- Experience in the position of People Partner or a similar role for 2 years in companies with 100+ employees.
- Deep understanding of productivity, motivation and talent development topics.
- Practical experience in implementing basic HR processes (from onboarding to offboarding).
- Empathy, openness, ability to listen and support.
- Organization and ability to structure work.
- Great communication skills - you will communicate with people at all levels.
- Flexibility, quick adaptation to changes and proactivity — we work in a dynamic environment.
