Requirements: 

• 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a system network company);
• Communicativeness, openness to people, sincerity;
• Curiosity and proactivity;
• Organized, responsible

Responsibilities:

• Transformation and support of Adaptation and Redundancies processes with network employees;

  • Development of individual development plans, job maps, HR procedures and company policies;
  • Conducting surveys, focus groups, HR studies with subsequent analysis and providing recommendations
  • Organization of training by brands.Development of the training calendar and monitoring of their attendance
  • Analysis of team strengths, identification of development areas
  • Monitoring and involvement in employee motivation management;

  • Analysis of the labor market. Providing recommendations for changes in motivation systems
  • Conducting the search, selection and hiring of candidates for vacancies of various levels and areas (if necessary);
  • Conducting 1:1 with employees;
  • Planned field visits to salons according to the checklist;
  • Participation and conducting planned team certifications;
  • Performance of additional operational tasks of the manager (if necessary).

  Working conditions:

  • Work schedule 5/2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
  • Location - an office in the quiet center of Kyiv (Maidan Nezalezhnosti);
  • Stable salary fee with payments 2 times a month;
