Responsibilities:
- Work with the HRM system: enter and update employee data, monitor ensuring that all data is correct and up-to-date.
- Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events.
- Build and maintain trusting and partnership relations with every employee of the company.
- Act as a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests.
- Participate in HR initiatives and implement them in life.
- Evaluate ideas/projects from the point of view of HR opportunities and risks.
- Organize various events.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of HR from 2 years.
- Experience in the field of IT will be a plus.
- Successful experience in construction/optimization/adaptation HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development, C&B).
- Experience in organizing off/online educational and entertainment events.
- Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes.
