HR People Partner in EvoPlay

EvoPlay is the largest ecosystem of product projects offering end-to-end solutions for the online gaming industry. We cooperate with highly competitive markets around the world and are daily looking for new opportunities to integrate and promote our products.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for HR People Partner Welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Work with the HRM system: enter and update employee data, monitor ensuring that all data is correct and up-to-date.
• Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events.
• Build and maintain trusting and partnership relations with every employee of the company.
• Act as a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests.
• Participate in HR initiatives and implement them in life.
• Evaluate ideas/projects from the point of view of HR opportunities and risks.
• Organize various events.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR from 2 years.
• Experience in the field of IT will be a plus.
• Successful experience in construction/optimization/adaptation HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development, C&B).
• Experience in organizing off/online educational and entertainment events.
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes.
