• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Experience in organizing and conducting trainings for employees to develop their professional skills.
• Ability to work with databases and HR systems for personnel accounting.
• Knowledge of organizational processes and military accounting.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and forecast the company's personnel needs.
