- Knowledge of labor of the legislation of Ukraine.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in organizing and conducting trainings for employees to develop their professional skills.
- Ability to work with databases and HR systems for personnel accounting.
- Knowledge of organizational processes and military accounting.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and forecast the company's personnel needs.

- Team player with strong cooperation skills.
