What will our People manager do: Support of the full cycle of HR processes (from adaptation to dismissal) for employees of assigned departments. Planning, coordination and control passing the probationary period by newcomers, providing assistance in formulating plans for the probationary period, organizing meetings, monitoring summaries. Interact and respond to requests from line managers, employees. Receive feedback from employees about their level of satisfaction with work in the company and timely response ( including one to one meetings).Provide consultations on HR procedures/policies, monitor their compliance; Assist in the formation of individual employee development plans, monitor the dynamics of their implementation. of necessity. Create HR projects from "0" to implement business strategy as necessary. Update and develop from "0" internal normative documents on personnel management. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
