We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner who can proactively respond to business needs and understands the value of HR processes. You will become a partner for our team leaders and work to increase the level of employee engagement, motivation and career development in the company, influencing the improvement of team performance and the achievement of business goals.
What you will achieve in this position:< /h3>- You will help team leaders effectively manage talent.
- You will build HR processes that meet business needs and see how your work affects business processes.
- You will work on the creation, implementation and updating of HR processes and policies.
- You will manage the management of the full life cycle of an employee (onboarding, adaptation, performance management, offboarding).
For this you will need:
- Experience in the position of HR People Partner/HR Business Partner from 2 years.
- Successful experience in development and implementation of HR projects, processes and policies from scratch.
- Knowledge of basic HR metrics and modern HR practices.
- In-depth knowledge of processes related to the employee life cycle.

You will be able to take over expertise from our Head of People - Victoria. At AMO, she has been responsible for strategic talent management, development and improvement of all HR processes for three years. During this time, she developed an approach to rewarding employees, improved the performance management process, and also assembled a talented team with which she implements the most interesting projects! Victoria considers a person who is not afraid of challenges, a quick learner and able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders to be the ideal candidate for the position of HR Partner.
