We are lookingHR Partner will join our multinational team. You will have the opportunity to improve the Employee Experience, build new processes and influence the strategic development of the HR function. You will be able to gradually implement changes that will have a real impact on the team and the business.
What will you achieve in this position?
You will work with an HR strategy aimed at achieving business goals and increasing team efficiency.Improve the employee experience by implementing changes based on feedback and analytics.You will ensure effective interaction with team leaders, helping to solve complex cases, increase motivation and maintain a high level of team culture.You will regularly update HR processes and policies, including Employee Lifecycle, Performance Reviews and Learning & Development processes.You will develop HR analytics.You will strengthen the corporate culture of our team through HR initiatives.
For this you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR in the positions of HR PP/HR BP/HR Manager - you confidently navigate the main HR processes and are ready to take responsibility for their implementation.
< li>Experience in implementing HR processes and working with Employee Lifecycle - you have real cases of implementing new processes in the company.- Initiative and autonomy - you proactively propose solutions and take responsibility for their implementation.
- Developed comunique skills and empathy - you know how to conduct a constructive dialogue, solve complex cases and provide feedback.
- Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher - it is important to be able to communicate effectively with English-speaking employees.
Your manager will be our Head of Strategy & Operations, Danylo. He has 3 years of experience in consulting at KPMG, and joined AMO almost four years ago. Danylo's task is to gradually grow the business and improve operational efficiency. Danylo is convinced that you can set any business goals, but you cannot achieve them without people.
