Requirements:—Experience in the field of HR from 2 years ;—Experience in the field of IT will be a plus;—Successful experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development, C&B);—Experience in organizing off/online educational and entertainment events;—Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes;—Developed empathy ;—Planning and organization at a high level;—Orientation to needs;—Communication, inquisitiveness and proactivity;—Organization, independence;—Orientation to quality and results.
