  • Develop and update detailed instructions, manuals and other training materials for users of the human resource management (HRM) system;
  • Create visual materials (screenshots, videos, presentations) to explain the key functions and processes of the system;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR processes and the use of HRM systems;
  • Document and describe HR processes to ensure standardization and efficiency of operations;
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees on the use of the HRM system;
  • Organize and conduct regular trainings and master classes for current employees with the aim of maintaining their knowledge and skills;
  • Provide technical and advisory support to users of the HRM system;
  • Solve user problems and ensure smooth operation of the system;
  • Monitor data quality in the HRM system to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
  • Conduct regular data audits, identify and correct errors.

We need your professional experience:

  • Higher education in the field of personnel management, business administration or other relevant fields;
  • Experience with human resource management systems (HiBob or similar);
  • Experience with documentation and creation of educational materials;
  • Experience in conducting presentations;
  • Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

    • Experience in working with documentation and training material creation;
    • Experience in delivering presentations;
    • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
