• you have the skills and basic knowledge of tools for building onboarding, performance review, feedback session processes
• your communication skills are at a high level: you you know how to clearly convey your opinion, you know how to find win-win solutions, work with feedback
You will:
• work with HRMS BambooHR + Notion/Plai: support relevance of information in spaces, manage the database
• engage in management and optimization of HR processes: onboarding and adaptation of newcomers, assistance in performance review, offboarding
• work with analytics: collect and compile HR statistics, set up reports, present and visualize information for management
• conduct HR research, surveys, analyze results and work with process improvement based on them
• create/update/maintain HR policies
• assist in organizing training for of employees
