• Calculation of bonuses and additional payments for employees (Diya.City);
• Reporting of gig contracts (up to 10);
• Support of bonus programs: monitoring compliance with established conditions and deadlines, creating reports on the fulfillment of conditions bonuses/goals and KPI;
• Calculation of additional compensations, for example according to the On-Call/Overtime policy;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of motivational programs, development of proposals for their changes;
• Preparation of analytical reports on salaries, bonuses and benefits;
• Automation of calculation processes in cooperation with the finance and analytics team;
• Participation in FOP planning and review salary;
• Participation in the formation and improvement of the EVP.

We expect you to:

• Know the basics of labor legislation, regulatory and legislative acts in the field of labor organization, payment and personnel management, including the specifics of Diya.Siti;
• Proficient in Excel at the expert level (summary tables, complex formulas, charts) and accounting systems;
• Experience in writing regulatory documents (orders, policies, procedures);
• You understand work efficiency assessment methodologies;
• Worked with process optimization and automation;
• You have an economic education.
