About you:

• you know about Employee Lifecycle processes
• you can work quickly with a lot of information, research and data - this is definitely your passion, your energy. You can quickly find information, qualitatively analyze, structure and effectively present it you know how to clearly convey your opinion, you know how to find win-win solutions, work with feedback

You will:
• work with HRMS BambooHR + Notion/Plai: maintain the relevance of information in spaces, manage the database
• deal with the management and optimization of HR processes : onboarding and adaptation of newcomers, assistance in performance review, offboarding
• work with analytics: collect and compile HR statistics, set up reports, present and visualize information for management
• conduct HR research, surveys, analyze results and work with process improvement based on them
• create/update/maintain HR policies
• help organize training for employees
