We are currently looking for an experienced and focused HR Assistant to join our talented HR team. What will your tasks consist of: Cooperation with the Recruitment and HR team (25% ): Gathering information from the team and creating a request for the finance department; Control of monetary compensation for Recruitment/Search Services (eg, travel compensation for candidates, payment for recruitment tools, payment for parking); Joint budget planning for the purchase of technical equipment; Keep records of technical equipment and ensure the return of employees after dismissal together with the technical department; Evaluation and help in optimizing the budget for the recruiting and HR departments. Operational tasks (20%): Creation and tracking of tasks in the Task Tracker from different departments (recruiting, HR, finance, event department ).HRD support (20%): Execution of direct orders from the HR director and assistance with operational tasks; Assistance in finding available educational programs and trainings; Preparation of presentations at the request of the HR director. C-Level Management Assistance (15%): Execution of personal orders from C-Level management (buying tickets, booking hotels, and other operational and personal tasks); Event Management (10%) Interaction with the event manager to organize team building and other corporate events; Collection of financial information for event organization and submission for HRD approval. Travel Management (10%) Assistance in organizing travel, coordinating and booking tickets and hotels. What skills and experience we expect: Experience working as an assistant manager or HR department; High level of organization, responsibility and attention to detail; Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both a team and management; Excellent knowledge - MS Excel, Google Sheets, Figma, Canva; Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
