Together wecan reinforce aculture ofrespect, integrity, accountability, and transparency.Program Summary:Project HOPE ismobilizing toprovide health and humanitarian assistance tointernally displaced persons inUkraine aswell asrefugees inneighboring countries fleeing the ongoing conflict. Project HOPE isincontact with the WHO led Health Cluster inUkraine, which has noted critical needs inprimary health care.Position Overview:The primary responsibility ofthe Human Resource Officer istoprovideHR and administrative support totheHR Coordinator. S/he ensures that necessary human resources and support systems are inplace incountry including liaison with local labor lawyers onHR matters, works closely with team onstaffing plans. S/he coordinates recruitment process, onboarding, off boarding, health & safety, safeguarding and generalHR support inthe field. S/he will provide strategic support tothe ongoing growth ofthe response effort for Project HOPE.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including job posting,candidate screening, and interview scheduling.Conduct initial candidate interviews and collaborate with departmentmanagers for final selections.Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring asmoothintegration into the organization.Maintain digital and electronic records ofemployees.Serve aspoint ofcontact with benefits.Oversee the completion ofcompensation and benefit documentation.Assist with performance management procedures.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.Perform orientations and update records ofnew staff.Produce and submit reports ongeneralHR activity.Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.Complete termination paperwork.Keep uptodate with the latestHR trends and best practices.Language Skills: Ukrainian/Russian (fluent), English (minimum— intermediate)Thank you for your interest in Project HOPE!
