This is a new position, as we are expanding the team and we need additional help and fresh ideas) We are expecting a person who speaks English, loves his job and is not afraid of new challenges and tasks to join our team and new experience. Why is English important? Because we are an international organization, and all communication and processes are conducted in English. One of the requirements for this vacancy is knowledge of personnel matters and the Ukrainian Labor Code. It is important that a person has experience in working with personnel documents and the appropriate preparation of all documents in accordance with the Law of Ukraine. Also, a large part of recruiting tasks, therefore, experience in hiring employees and conducting interviews is also very important. Other processes in which you will have to participate - this is hiring and onboarding, reviewing job descriptions, working with data and registration in the ERP system, training and development, as well as cooperation with other partner Red Crosses and much more.
