Responsibilities:

• Support of vital activities of the office.
• Support of meetings, recording and structuring of tasks.
• Drawing up schedules, and keeping track of working hours (vacations, sick days)
• Maintaining telegram chats of employees.
• Organization and sending of corporate gifts.
• Organization of events, corporate parties, and trainings.
• Support of the psychological and moral climate.
• Participation in support and improvement of management processes and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with internal company rules and policies.
• Solving conflict situations and ensuring mutual understanding between employees

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar or 2 years or more in a relevant position.
• Higher education (professional psychology or management will be an advantage).
• Understanding of basic business processes.
• Highly organized, responsible and attentive to details.
• Ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees.
