HR manager (with training) in Geogurmaniya, TOV

Salary: UAH 35,000 + bonuses (average income UAH 46,000)
Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

About the position

We invite to the team an HR manager who wants to start or develop a career in the field of personnel selection.

If you like to communicate with people, organize processes and see the results of your work, this job is for you. Experience will be an advantage, but we also provide full training from scratch.

What you will need to do (clear and understandable):

• Post vacancies on job search sites

• Process candidate feedback

• Conduct short phone interviews based on a ready script

• Invite candidates to interviews

• Maintain simple reporting in a table

• Keep in touch with candidates until they start work

The work is structured, with clear instructions and support from the manager.
