Main duties:

• Search and selection personnel (including mass recruitment of sales personnel)
• Formation of hiring, transfer, transfer, dismissal of employees in accordance with the Labor Code
• Formation and management of personal files, labor books, accounting journals
• Keeping records of working hours of employees
• Preparation of orders and other normative documents on personnel issues
• Accounting of vacations, keeping vacation schedules
< li>Recording of work and insurance experience of employees
• Entering information about personnel and their movement in the 1C program, employee personal card (standard form P-2).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education
• Work experience from 2 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration
• Experience in the organization of personnel selection, personnel accounting system, in accordance with the requirements of modern personnel policy
• Confident user PC (office programs — Word, Excel, email Outlook, 1C Enterprise).
